Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, this plan thoroughly studies and implements the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, earnestly implements General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions and a series of instructions and instructions on cultural relics work, and adheres to the principles of cultural relics work in the new era of "putting protection first, strengthening management, exploring values, making effective use, and revitalizing cultural relics". According to the implementation plan, Sichuan Province will comprehensively improve the level of cultural relics protection and utilization, enhance the technological innovation capacity of cultural relics, and significantly strengthen the strength of cultural relics institutions and teams. It is expected that by 2025, the cultural relics security situation in the province will significantly improve, the level of cultural relics protection and utilization and the technological innovation capacity will be comprehensively enhanced, and the modernization of the cultural relics governance system and governance capacity will be initially realized. In terms of cultural relics protection, Sichuan Province will implement a series of key projects, including strengthening the protection of the cultural relics themselves, improving the preservation environment of cultural relics, conducting emergency rescue and reinforcement of cultural relics and the construction of protective facilities. At the same time, strengthen the prevention of cultural relics security, improve the legal system for cultural relics protection, and improve the capacity of cultural relics law enforcement supervision. In terms of technological innovation, Sichuan Province will promote the deep integration of cultural relics and technology, fully utilize new technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence to innovate the methods and means of cultural relics protection. Build a technological innovation platform for cultural relics, cultivate technological innovation teams for cultural relics, and strengthen cooperation and exchanges with domestic and foreign cultural relics protection research institutions. In addition, Sichuan Province will also strengthen the exploration and display of the value of cultural relics, promote the rational utilization of cultural relics, and revitalize cultural relics. Implement cultural relics display and utilization projects to improve the public service level of cultural relics display venues such as museums and memorial halls. Strengthen the publicity and education of cultural relics and enhance the awareness of cultural relics protection in the whole society. Relevant officials from the Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture stated that the introduction of this implementation plan will further promote the high-quality development of the cultural relics cause in the province and help continuously expand the dissemination and influence of Bashu culture.
